50 minute individual session: $100

Insurance

I currently operate as an out-of-network provider, but many fees can be reimbursed directly to you by your insurance provider. Typical reimbursement rates are between 50%-80% for out-of-network services. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

To determine if you have mental health coverage, call your provider and ask the following questions:
•what are my mental health benefits?
•what is the coverage amount per therapy session?
•how many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
•how much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
•is approval required from my primary care physician?

Sliding Scale

I leave a few client spots open for a sliding-scale rate. If payment will keep you from receiving services, please reach out so we an discuss this option.
