I know from experience that finding the right therapist can be a hard and discouraging process, so I commend you for taking the first step in seeking help for you or your family.
My therapeutic approach is based in a deep understanding of child development, attachment theory, family systems, and trauma-informed practices. I believe that self-acceptance and psychological context can work together to create a space where clients can address relational issues, anxiety, depression, and other forms of distress.
My style is warm and playful, and you can expect a mix of talking, creating, playing and learning throughout our time together.
I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and worked as a counselor at Catholic Community Services of Skagit County. Outside of my therapeutic practice, I work with young people and their families as the Director of Programs at Skookum Kids.
